Your tasks, after comprehensive training
- Development and design of cost-optimized mechanical components for innovative electronics, in particular chargers, switching power supplies and motor controls
- Close cooperation with the electronics development department to integrate the assemblies
- Creating 3D models and drawings in the CAD system (SolidWorks)
- Support and, if necessary, implementation of FEM/CFD analyses and calculations
- Technical coordination with customers, suppliers and internal departments
- Participation in the implementation of development projects, including prototype construction
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in the construction and design of mechanical and electromechanical components, in particular sheet metal, die-cast aluminum and injection-molded plastic parts, cable harnesses, etc.
- Confident handling of common 3D CAD programs (ideally SolidWorks)
- Technical expertise and understanding of interrelationships
- High level of commitment, dedication, organizational talent and strong communication skills
- Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
