Your tasks
- Management, monitoring, development and optimization of ERP and DMS systems
- Monitoring the local network infrastructure as part of IT monitoring
- Maintenance of IT asset management
- Support with the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT components (server, network, clients)
- User support in the Microsoft Windows environment
- Installation and basic configuration of standard software
- Support with user requests and administrative activities in the Microsoft 365 environment (e.g. Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Printer support
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent qualification
- Experience in IT system support in an SME environment is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of ERP systems in the SME environment, Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems
- Basic knowledge of network technology and IT security
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- High degree of service and team orientation
