Your Responsibilities
- Procurement of electrical and mechanical components for our production, particularly from Asian markets
- Handling and coordination of all import processes, including customs clearance
- Organization and monitoring of international transportation
- Tracking purchase orders and inventory levels
- Preparation and maintenance of purchasing documentation
- Establishing and maintaining supplier relationships in an international environment
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training (or comparable qualification) with professional experience in procurement
- Experience in customs processing, particularly in imports from Asia
- Knowledge in the field of electronics is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
- Solid technical understanding and confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
- Structured working style and team-oriented mindset
- Very good German and business-fluent English language skills
