Your tasks
- Planning, implementation and success monitoring of production, taking into account deadline, quantity and quality targets
- Technical and disciplinary responsibility for all production employees, including Shift supervisors and the production planning team
- Review, optimization and further development of production structures and processes
- Participation in investment decisions for new systems and technologies as well as optimization of existing systems
Your profile
- Knowledge and experience in the field of electronics manufacturing an advantage
- Completed training as a technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d), business administrator (m/f/d) in a technical profession
- Experience with multi-stage production processes with a high degree of automation
- High IT affinity and experience in working with ERP systems desirable
- Proven experience in employee management and motivation in production areas in a medium-sized environment
- High social competence and very good communication skills
- Assertiveness, creative drive, ability to delegate and organize
